This past July 4 long weekend, my mom, my brother, Joe and I went to Vegas (yes, yes, Vegas again). Joe and I arrived first on Friday morning. We checked in to the Paris hotel and decided to have the buffet there. Good timing at the buffet - we paid the breakfast price, got seated a little before 11:00am. Then at 11:00am, the buffet got changed to lunch items.
Joe got his prime ribs right away. I got my pasta. The best thing is always the crepes. In the buffet line, the crepes are made to order, so do expect to line up and wait. You can specify the fruit fillings. I asked for bananas and chocolate sauce. I also added two pieces of "poached pears in wine sauce". So good!
